The Front Office staff will assist the patients and parents by answering phones and greeting patients when they come in, scheduling and canceling appointments with patients. They will discuss dental treatment planning and charting information with you as well as assist in insurance questions. They specialize in keeping track of dental billing information and making sure your accounts are up to date and current for your visits.
